Apple Valley Foods employees working in our Chaska, MN production facility earn $250.00 for every referral they make that results in a successful hire!
We distribute this to you in two payments. You get $25 once the person you refer completes their New Hire Orientation and completes their first week of work.
So be sure to remind your friend or family member to make it to work! Its important to their success and your bank account!
You will then receive a $225 CASH PAYMENT once your friend or family member successfully achieves 90 days of employment and will also get a big THANK YOU from your friend or family member for helping them get a new job where they can succeed and grow!
